This is kind of the Lettuce Wraps with Hoison-Mustard Tofu from Appetite For Reduction (on main blog) deconstructed into a salad with noodles for extra carb power. Fruit salad is strawberry and peach chunks.

A Tuna Sandwich (okay so it's chickpeas and miso and kelp but it taste tunaish), orange (veggie) jelly with satsuma segments, Broccoli and olives and a kiwi fruit. I left the kiwi fruit in the skin so it didn't pick up any juices from the vegetables or spread it's fruitiness to them.

Finally got that sushi. With purple sprouting broccoli and edamame and a big fruit salad. A lunch that looks uncharacteristically grown up.

An onigri as a break time snack (skipped breakfast). In the main box Chirashi Sushi (ish) soy glazed french beans, and fruit salad with kiwi flowers.

Panic! I was planning to do sushi this week but when it came time to pack this I realised I had no sushi rice (I have, of course found two packets lurking in my cupboard since then )



Resigned I cooked up a chinese inspired omelet with spring onion greens and made up some fried rice with leftover vegetables.

Back With Old Favorites

I'm finally getting out of the house again and packing a lunch to take volunteering on Fridays so I packed mt box full of old favorites.
